Most of our stock is from estate sales or just someone that just wants to sell his or her collection that they have been collecting over the years. We have trucks coming in nearly every week so it is usually easy to find what you are looking for.

> What do I do if I'm looking for a specific truck?

> How do I purchase a truck?
Click on the "Add To Cart" on the right hand side of the item you wish to purchase. Add as many items as you desired.  When you are finished shopping click on the “View Cart/Check-Out Button”.  Fill out the customer information form.  In this  section you will also choose the button for "with insurance" or "without insurance".  When you have completed the customer information form click on the “View Cart/Check-Out Button”.  This section you will supply payment information.

>Is RTT a secure website? The answer is YES.
We use a secure, reliable payment gateway that is operated by PayPal. A payment gateway sends billing information to banks to authorize, process, and manage payments that come from online, mail, and telephone orders. Financial institutions require billing information for these orders to be transmitted through a certified, secure connection such as the one we use from PayPal.

> How do I pay by check or money order?
The process is very easy. After you have selected your items to purchase, click the “View Cart/Check-Out Button” and simply fill out the customer information form.  Click on the “View Cart/Check-Out Button” which will take you to the payment options.  From the payment type drop down choose “E-Mail”. Then proceed with the rest of the transaction.  Once we receive the information, we will contact you with payment instructions. We ship our trucks upon receipt of payment with the exception of check payments. They must clear first.

> What can I use for payment?
You can pay with Check, Postal Money Order, and PayPal for Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

> How do I apply coupons to my order?
If you are paying by Credit Card, Check or Money order:
1. Select your items to purchase.
2. Make sure order qualifies for discount. (ie: Is your order over $50 worth of Merchandise)
3. Before Selecting your payment method enter the coupon code, located on the bottom of the coupon, in the field Labeled "Coupon or Discount Number."
4. Once your coupon code is entered click on the apply button to the right.
5. If your coupon has been accepted you should see to the right of the apply button
"Coupon Applied."
6. On the next page you should see a field called "Total Discounts:" which should show you how much you have saved.
7. Finish the checkout process.

If you are paying by using your PayPal Express account:
1. Select your items to purchase.
2. Make sure order qualifies for discount. (ie: Is your order over $50 worth of Merchandise)
3. Select PayPal Express as your Payment Method
4. Fill out all information on PayPal Express
5. On returning to Ray's Toy Trucks Website, to select your shipping information, there is a field labeled "Coupon or Discount Number."
6. Enter the coupon code, located on the bottom of the coupon.
7. Once your coupon code is entered click on the apply button to the right.
8. If your coupon has been accepted you should see to the right of the apply button
"Coupon Applied."
9. Finish the checkout process.

> I want to restore a Hess truck, but do not want to invest a lot of money on parts.  Are cheaper reproduction parts available?
Yes, there are some parts available for the older trucks. In the past, we sold only original parts, but lately, due to an overwhelmingly amount of email requests for reproduction parts, we have decided to carry a small line of them for the customers that would like to restore a truck without it costing a fortune.  Many of these customers are restoring the trucks simply for display or for their child to play with.

> How large are the Hess, Servco and Wilco trucks?
Depending on the models their size ranges from 11" to 17" long. Most are a 1/32 scale and a few are 1/24 scale.

> Are they made of plastic or metal?
Basically they are made of child safe durable plastics.

> Do I need to confirm that you have the trucks in stock?
No, you do not need to check if the trucks in stock because our site is always up to date with our current stock.  When you find an item, all you have to do is look on the right side of the item and it will tell you if it is in stock or not. We usually have a large stock of trucks and items so it’s rare that we will have an out of stock item.
